# Realignment plan

The new product is a local Docker toolbelt for development context and optional
tools, exposed to a developer's harness over MCP.

First implementation order:

1. Reset the public story and docs.
2. Add the local Docker app skeleton.
3. Add records for docs, skills, prompts, decisions, runbooks, tools, product
   information, soul files, and notes.
4. Add bundles and Markdown/JSON export.
5. Add a local MCP server and optional pre-work checks.
6. Add scoped, opt-in SQL, file, and test capabilities.
7. Keep file exports local; add temporary hosted share links only for users who
   choose to sign up after the local product works.

Do not build new features on the old route/catalog system.
